Dance
School of Dance - this place - a point in space, and people who work there and who come to study dance. This is also the direction and guidance, the selected school dance. This mood and status, goals and aspirations of people in the school involved, and, as short-term and long term. We are getting a new place, meeting new people, react differently. Many factors affect our perception. Sometimes we did not want to return or to meet. And suddenly we realize - this is what we were looking for. The atmosphere of the school of dance - a substance moving. Of course, there are certain steps necessary for its creation, the presence of joint events, the procedure for the meeting and parting pupils at the school, its staff. But it seems that more important is a real sense of mutual gratitude.
Dance School as a place of work. Professionalism has many definitions, or in our case, rather contexts. This quality of work as labor for money. And committing fewer errors on the norms of the work being done. This awareness and sense of itself as a body of knowledge, skills, sufficient to nominate themselves for recognition of professional and established colleagues and students. Professionalism of staff (administrator, coach, director), school dances, in our view, is determined by the number of students attending school, wishing to return to school dance. Many of the needs of students coming to study dance, lie on the surface both for themselves and for us at the school dance. Physical tone - good shape, entertainment, communication, motor skill development in order to use this skill in practice. Ability to “agree” on them - a pledge of joy in dance classes.
Dances may well serve a certain “drive”, filled with our own content. Motivation to learn to dance or dance can be easily determined, at first glance. But there are reasons to dance, as well as to study the process of movement to music that are not associated with a specific person, so decides. What I have in mind?
